Hi Ms. Grace/Ms. Ivy and Michael,

Just wanted to share my "migration experience" with IMS:

Initially, we went to a different migration agency to have our skills assessed (me and my husband) and they declined to assist us because we are not in the "SOL - Skilled Occupation List". We were advised to come back once the list had changed. They only offered us a "Student Visa". We are really eyeing for a "PR or Temporary Work Visa". I somehow lost hope and had decided to just pursue my application some other time.

Fortunately, my aunt who happens to know Michael had referred us to him and to Infinity Migration Services. I spoke to Ivy and she gave me a list of options that I can choose from. After the initial assessment period, they figured out a list of skills that matches our work experience. Our spirits were lifted and we were thrilled because we had three skills to choose from (which means we can apply for PR or Temporary Work Visa)  and it's not only available in one state but in two states. Luckily, under "State Sponsorship" we got two options we can either lodge an application for "State Sponsorship" in either ACT or WA.

There were difficulties at first, not from their end but because we were having a hard time satisfying the requirements for a PR visa. They never failed to give us options, both me and my husband had our skills assessed to have more chances of being approved. The end result was both of our visas had progressed to the final stage, the only thing left undone was the medical exam (yes, you are reading it correctly), one is PR visa and the other one is the Temporary Work Visa. We just had to retract the Temporary work visa application and just go for the PR visa to avoid conflict. That is how dedicated they are with their craft, two visas almost approved at the same time. I will always be thankful for the team's patience and perseverance. As long as you meet the requirements needed from you, expect that they can also do their job with flying colors.

Highest regard goes to Michael who doesn't fail to update us of the status. No matter how many applications they are processing, he always makes you feel that he is dealing with your application with utmost priority. With his expertise and broad knowledge about migration, he will always have options available for you.

Now, me and my husband are here in Perth. In less than a month, I found a job in a well-known IT company here in Perth. My husband will also start with his job on another IT company next week. Currently, we are now exploring and enjoying the beauty of Australia.

We will be forever be thankful and grateful for the assistance you have provided us. It's all worth it.
